General Terms and Conditions

1. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge for the consultation.

2. Payment

Afterwards, consultations are paid for by pin or tap. You will receive an invoice that you can submit to your health insurer (supplementary insurance).

3. Reimbursement

Osteopathy is often (partially) reimbursed through the supplementary insurance. Check your policy conditions yourself.

4. Medical Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. This is necessary for safe and effective treatment.

5. Liability

We do everything we can to treat you with care. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Complaints procedure

We are affiliated with the NRO and NVO. Complaints are dealt with in accordance with their official complaints procedure.

7. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
